1. Items are generally categorized as “In Stock” or “Pre-Ordered Items”, and “In Stock” items are usually shipped within 5 working days after payment is made.
If there are both “In Stock” and “Pre-Ordered Items” in the same order or there are “Pre-Ordered Items” with different release dates, we will ship the In Stock Items first and the Pre-Ordered Items will be shipped when the items are released for sale, and the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost of each shipment.
2. For pick-up orders, please allow 3 working days for pick-up as some items take time to be ready.
Items will be held at the store for 14 days, after which the order will be considered abandoned.
3. When the status of the order is “Confirmed”, the customer cannot change or cancel the order without any special circumstances.
4. The full amount of the order will be refunded if the order is canceled due to unavailability of the “pre-ordered item(s)” or if there is a chance that the order is canceled due to unavailability of the “pre-ordered item(s)”.
(Due to the credit card handling fee charged by Stripe, we are unable to refund this part of the handling fee.)
5. All items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable upon shipment.
6. The content and release date of the “Pre-Ordered Items” are subject to the manufacturer's final announcement and cannot be changed or canceled by the customer in the event of any changes.
7. Full payment for the “Pre-Ordered Items” will be made within 7 days after the arrival of the “Pre-Ordered Items”. If payment is not made, the order will be regarded as abandoned, and we will deal with the abandoned items.
For “Pick up at store” orders, you can pick up the goods within 14 days after payment is cleared.
