Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Service for Online Shopping.


- We only accept S.F. Express Delivery, so the shipping cost is zero in the shopping cart, but it does not mean that it is free or paid by us, the actual shipping cost will be based on the shipping cost paid by S.F. Express when delivering and receiving the shipment.


- Customers who have not picked up the goods after 14 days of shopping on this site, the store has the right to cancel the order and dispose of the goods without notice.


- For details of S.F. Express shipping charges, please check S.F. Express official website.


- If your shipping address is a S.F. store/commercial/industrial address in Hong Kong, we will ship your order by S.F. Express.


- We will reply to customers during business hours. Our staff will follow up on orders and reply to customer enquiries from Monday to Friday from 2pm to 5pm, andwill reply as soon as possible after the holidays for orders received outside of business hours (including Saturdays/Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays).




- All product images are for reference only, products are subject to actual condition.


- Overseas orders are subject to our standard shipping charges.


- Some areas are subject to additional remote delivery charges.




Order Delivery Time.


- The stock shown on our website is for customer's order only, please check with our staff if you need the actual stock quantity.


- Each online order can only be shipped to one address.


- All in-stock items will be shipped to you within 5 working days after the order is completed.


- If the order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the in-stock items first, and the pre-ordered items will be shipped when they are available for sale, and the customer will need to pay the shipping fee for each shipment.


- Working days excludes Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays.

 



Payment Methods.


- We use Hong Kong Dollar as the transaction currency, if other currencies are shown on the website, they are for reference only, all transactions are based on Hong Kong Dollar prices.





Delivery Policy : We will arrange for delivery of the products after confirming receipt of payment.


- We will confirm the payment is received before we arrange to ship out the products.


- Hong Kong Pickup Customers can choose the appropriate pickup method during the payment process: in-store pickup or drop-off delivery.

- Customers will receive an email notification when the shipment is dispatched, and can check the shipment status through the shipment tracking number and link.


- For customers who choose to pick up their order from the SF Locker, customers are required to pick up their order from the designated SF Locker within 24 hours, after which the order will be returned to our store.


- For all items returned to us, please contact us in the “Seller and Customer Order Communication” section of the order page to confirm the method of delivery and to cover the cost of re-shipping (on delivery).


- The actual delivery time (from the date of shipment) is based on the information provided by SF, and may be delayed in case of legal holidays or bad weather.


- Please provide accurate shipping address and phone number. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss of shipment or/and additional transportation cost due to incomplete/inaccurateinformation.


- Each order can only be sent to one address.

 



Late Pickup :


For all goods purchased from us, if the goods are picked up late, S.F. Express and warehouses will incur a storage fee, which would be bear by the customer.


All goods must be picked up within 3 days after shipment. If the goods are picked up late, S.F. Express will return the goods to us.


Customers are responsible for the storage and shipping charges when picking up overdue shipments. In addition, if the shipment is overdue within two months from the date of shipment, the shipment will be disposed of by S.F. Express without prior notice.




The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and to refuse to exchange products.


In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final.
